Role Description

Support the build-out of the online retail platform by reviewing and updating the website design, collaborating with the developer, and assisting with user and beta testing before launch.

• Help create and maintain vendor infrastructure, including onboarding, asset collection, and offboarding processes, along with intake templates and product tracking systems.
• Organize and upload product data (descriptions, images, pricing), track product readiness, flag missing or incomplete information, and conduct quality checks to ensure listings are accurate and consistent.
• Support the design of online guest experience workflows and help develop the Retail Partnership Social Strategy and partnership engagement requirements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Communications.
• Experience in e-commerce, online retail, digital merchandising, or marketplace operations.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot inconsistencies, errors, and gaps in product data and website content.
• Solid understanding of online customer experience, website usability, and basic design principles, with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback during testing.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, including building and maintaining trackers, templates, and workflows across multiple vendors and deadlines.
• Strong written communication and social media skills.
