[Hiring] Business Executive @Vinta

Role Description

This is a remote contractor position for our US-based company. We're looking for a Business Executive to strengthen our Growth team. In this role, you'll:

• Lead consultative sales end to end
• Qualify leads
• Build proposals with support from our technical team
• Represent Vinta in conversations with C-level decision makers at international clients

If you want to build long-term relationships with prospects, combine commercial skill with technical understanding, work with autonomy, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to close meaningful projects, this role may be for you.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and experience selling in English
• Familiarity with the technology market and at least 4 years of experience in complex B2B sales of services, projects, or highly customized products
• Ability to quickly understand technical and product contexts to run consultative sales
• Track record of building relationships with C-level executives and multiple decision makers
• Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, and a collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams
• Organization and ownership to prioritize opportunities with a focus on quality over volume
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and trust with the team and with clients
• Ability and availability to prospect at national and international technology events

Requirements

• Experience at software consultancies or tech services companies (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with software development workflows (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with the healthtech ecosystem (Nice to Have)
• Experience developing channels and partnerships (Nice to Have)
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies (Nice to Have)
• Experience with HubSpot and prospecting tools (Nice to Have)
• Experience incorporating AI into your workflow (Nice to Have)
• Active participation in communities and events as a speaker or exhibitor (Nice to Have)

Benefits

• Monthly pay between $3,000–$4,000 USD, contractor engagement
• 22 business days of agreed time off per year (recesso)
• Additional performance-based commission
