Role Description

As a Remote Independent Business Consultant, you will:

• Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their needs
• Educate clients on available benefit options and personalized solutions
• Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service and ongoing support
• Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and client communications independently
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
• Continuously strengthen your communication, leadership, and business skills

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
