Role Description

We’re hiring a senior operator to help newly acquired businesses and key growth initiatives ramp quickly and sustainably. This role is all about turning strategy into traction on the ground—earning the trust of founders and teams, removing friction, and making sure commercial potential turns into real results.

You’ll work side-by-side with our Chief Growth Officer and leaders across the organization to stand up and scale cross-sell, revenue, and integration motions. This is a highly visible, hands-on role with significant autonomy and direct access to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 8–15+ years of experience in:
  • Management consulting,
  • PE-backed / investor-backed operating roles,
  • Growth strategy, revenue operations, or
  • Complex go-to-market / commercial execution.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives in high-growth, evolving environments.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable building scrappy but reliable tracking in imperfect data environments.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and front-line commercial teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including structured problem solving and executive-level storytelling.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, sales workflows, analytics tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Willingness to travel regularly during launch and integration phases.
