[Hiring] Partner Manager, AI Ecosystems @Apollo.io

Role Description

This role owns the frontier for Apollo: deepening relationships with foundation model companies, agent harnesses, and AI-native platforms, while identifying new surfaces for integration.

• Own and Deepen Apollo's Frontier AI Partnerships
  • Own Apollo's relationships with foundation model companies, agent harnesses, and AI-native platforms.
  • Go deeper with existing platform relationships: more surface area, better placement, tighter integration.
  • Continuously scan the landscape for new surfaces Apollo should be part of.
  • Lead on partner review, certification, and compliance processes.
  • Drive monetization strategies within each partner surface.
• Build the Next Generation of Apollo Surfaces
  • Partner with platforms to design and ship new plugins and skills.
  • Work with Apollo's R&D team to translate partner surface capabilities into actionable builds.
  • Treat every new surface as its own product decision.
• Stay on the Frontier
  • Track foundation model and agent-ecosystem developments.
  • Translate market changes into actionable insights for Apollo.
  • Be the internal expert on the evolving landscape and its implications for partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology/API partnerships, developer relations, or a closely related technical partnerships role.
• Genuine technical fluency: comfortable in API docs, MCP concepts, and integration architecture discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to track and make sense of a fast-moving category.
• Comfortable working multi-party: coordinating partnerships involving multiple ISVs.
• Experience in a category with no established playbook.

Requirements

• Existing relationships or experience with foundation model companies, agent harness platforms, or the broader AI-native ecosystem.
• Experience designing or shipping an MCP server, skill, or plugin.
• Background in developer relations, technical partner management, or a product-adjacent partnerships role at a SaaS or platform company.
