Qualifications

• Minimum undergraduate degree
• At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in either marketing, brand management, fundraising, strategic consultancy or as an entrepreneur
• Strong business or strategy development experience
• Experience of working in an international environment, particularly an NGO, would be an advantage

• Proven entrepreneurial mindset
• Understanding of the principles of communications and fundraising, especially donor/client needs
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects
• Demonstrated ability to develop business cases and financial models
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience identifying and securing new commercial or fundraising opportunities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Ability to manage ambiguity, solution oriented, creative, flexible, tenacious, and dissatisfied with status quo
• Excellent written and oral skills in English
• Ability to work as part of a team in a multicultural environment
• Interest in conservation and environmental issues
• Identifies and aligns with the core values of the WWF organisation: Courage, Integrity, Respect & Collaboration.
