[Hiring] Lead Business Analyst @SCB TechX

Role Description

Coach, mentor and advise the subordinated team on execution and provide consultation on issues that require solutions in order to support the team to complete the assignments in a timely manner and meet expectation. Monitor and evaluate overall team performance and identify areas for further improvement to continuously enhance work results and increase efficiency.

• Oversee and advise the subordinated team to perform the following activities (but not limited to):
• Perform BA tasks such as gathering and documenting requirements, requirement prioritization, E2E development process, requirement traceability.
• Design solutions to achieve business purposes and operational procedures in terms of business function with support roles (e.g., System Analyst, Enterprise Architect, etc.).
• Identify issues and handle resolutions.
• Identify KPIs, assign responsibilities, and allocate work targets to the subordinated team to manage their performance and achievements.
• Identify required resources based on appropriate competencies and proficiency levels in response to the roles within the projects.
• Develop/improve internal working processes, guidelines, and templates for use among the team to enhance overall working efficiency and support the subordinated team.
• Perform issue resolution, especially in management topics such as scope of work, boundaries, and support from management level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, MIS, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s is preferred).
• At least 7 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst.
• Experience in developing business processes and formal requirement documentation such as business requirement documents.
• Experience with system or software development methodologies, including agile project management or agile development.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring individuals and teams.
• Experience in project and team management.
• Expertise in vertical business/domain knowledge is an advantage.
