The Head of Workforce Solutions, North America will lead operational excellence, customer-focused growth, and strategic innovation across the Workforce Solutions portfolio within NAM CS. This role is accountable for:

• Strengthening revenue predictability
• Improving operational efficiency
• Advancing scalable workforce services
• Leading teams through a disciplined innovation and execution model

• Results-oriented mindset
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, data analysis, and executive presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Required travel up to 50%

Requirements

• 10+ years of operational experience in clinical education, business management, healthcare staffing, workforce services, or technology-enabled service delivery
• Experience with healthcare workforce services, remote operations, remote scanning, staffing models, or other scalable service offerings
• Experience with innovation governance and product or service lifecycle management
• Experience with customer satisfaction metrics and service quality improvement
• Experience with lean, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or business transformation initiatives
• Strategic planning, organizational development, data analytics, reporting, revenue forecasting, and profitability forecasting experience
• Advanced degree or relevant leadership, operational excellence, or healthcare business certification preferred
