Role Description

FyerX is looking for a proactive and confident Freelance Business Development Executive to generate opportunities with US companies seeking India-based remote professionals and offshore staffing support. The role focuses on:

• Prospect research
• Outreach
• Lead qualification
• Staffing partnerships
• Meeting coordination

FyerX’s management team will support capability presentations, proposals, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, or business development.
• Prior experience prospecting US clients or selling recruitment, offshore staffing, or IT services is preferred.
• Understanding of India-based offshore talent models and remote delivery arrangements is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English, with confidence in speaking to US business contacts.
• Ability to identify whether a prospect’s requirements are suitable for India-based delivery.
• Strong research, outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets; experience with Sales Navigator or Apollo is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with FyerX’s management and recruitment teams.
• Reliable internet access and a suitable setup for professional calls.
• Availability for at least 50 hours per month, with agreed overlap with US business hours.
• Candidates should clearly distinguish any prior client-acquisition experience from recruitment delivery or bench-sales experience.

Requirements

• Research US companies, IT services firms, consulting businesses, and staffing agencies that may require India-based offshore talent.
• Identify relevant founders, business heads, delivery leaders, hiring managers, talent acquisition teams, and staffing partnership contacts.
• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, directories, hiring activity, and referrals.
• Conduct personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other approved professional channels.
• Introduce FyerX’s offshore staffing capabilities and India-based talent delivery model.
• Identify prospects open to hiring remote professionals from India or partnering with an India-based staffing provider.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding skill requirements, engagement duration, budgets, working-hour overlap, and supplier onboarding requirements.
• Explore offshore recruitment partnerships and suitable subvendor opportunities with US staffing and consulting companies.
• Schedule qualified discovery calls and coordinate meetings with FyerX’s management team.
• Share approved company profiles, service introductions, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and accurate records of prospect conversations and next steps.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to communicate qualified hiring requirements.
• Submit weekly reports covering hours worked, outreach activity, responses, meetings, and opportunity progress.

Benefits

• Hourly pay of ₹200–₹300, based on experience and demonstrated capability.
• Base compensation of ₹10,000–₹15,000 for 50 approved working hours.
• Additional performance-based incentives, with eligibility, milestones, and payout terms agreed before starting.
• Additional hours may be mutually agreed based on business requirements.
• Accurate time tracking and weekly activity reporting are required.
