Role Description

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth in the US market within the Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and business development targeting customers in the United States, along with domain knowledge of pre-engineered metal buildings or steel detailing.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Identifying new business opportunities
• Developing client relationships
• Expanding market reach
• Driving revenue growth

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a sales representative role
• Proven experience targeting customers or developing business in the United States market
• Prior experience in the Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) domain is required
• Candidates with relevant experience in steel detailing may also be considered
• Strong understanding of sales processes, client acquisition, and business relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, manage sales pipelines, and deliver business growth targets
