[Hiring] Director of Banking Partnerships @CINC Systems

Role Description

The Director of Banking Partnerships will act as the main point of contact for our integrated bank partners with a primary focus on:

• Strengthening relationships
• Negotiating contracts
• Monitoring performance
• Educating partners on new products/services
• Ensuring compliance with strategic objectives

This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills to manage complex partnerships and drive mutual benefits. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Banking & TresRE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HOA SAAS Software and/or HOA Banking experience
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic partnership strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships
• Analytical skills to evaluate bank partner performance and identify areas for improvement
• Project management skills to oversee bank partner integrations and contractual obligations
• Understanding of compliance requirements and working with internal teams to ensure adherence to banking requirements
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Must be proficient in Excel and SalesForce
• Travel approx. 30%

Requirements

• Develop and execute a strategic partnership strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key bank partner contacts
• Track growth of mutual lead generation against historical benchmarks
• Identify potential risks associated with bank partnerships
• Analyze bank partner opportunities to reduce costs
• Collaborate with underperforming bank partners to develop action plans
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on bank partner performance
• Work with banking partners and mutual customers to increase knowledge of integrations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize partnership benefits
