[Hiring] Commercial Growth Strategist @Huron

Role Description

The Commercial Growth Strategist (Senior Associate) supports strategic growth initiatives across Huron’s Commercial business by helping drive account expansion, opportunity development, executive engagement, and commercial growth programs.

• Work closely with sales leaders, account teams, marketing, and enablement stakeholders.
• Identify, coordinate, and advance growth opportunities across existing and prospective client relationships.
• Facilitate account planning efforts and support growth initiatives.
• Drive follow-through on key actions and develop tools, insights, and processes that improve seller effectiveness.
• Interact with senior leaders, facilitate meetings, manage competing priorities, and operate independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, account support, business development, consulting, marketing, program management, or related fields.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interact confidently with senior leaders and facilitate meetings independently.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience building presentations, reports, and executive-facing communications.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, professional services, or B2B sales environments.
• Familiarity with account planning, account-based growth strategies, or business development programs.
• Experience with Salesforce, Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, or another outreach tool, Power BI, or similar commercial tools.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience facilitating workshops, planning sessions, or cross-functional initiatives.
