Role Description

This is a remote position.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct researched, personalized and targeted RFI’s.
• Attend global innovation conferences, be an active networker who enjoys both maintaining and building long term stakeholder relationships.
• Run initial conversations to qualify opportunities and filter out bad-fit leads.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to create rapid prototypes and collaborate with the delivery team for technical proof-of-concepts.
• Own complex working opportunities and bids, including response planning, commercial modelling, demo rehearsals, and presentations.
• Track every lead, follow-up, and next step in the CRM while being responsible for pipeline health reporting.

Qualifications

• 6 - 9 years of relevant commercial, sales, pre-sales, or business development experience.
• Experience contributing to competitive RFP/RFI responses alongside strong structured writing skills for proposals and communications.
• Demonstrated ability to generate outbound opportunities and discuss sales metrics relative to business growth.
• Hands-on capability with AI-assisted prototyping and development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, v0).
• Comfort managing industry events, conference floors, and disciplined CRM/pipeline tracking.
• Advantageous background in capital markets, structured finance, commercial real estate, or financial services technology.
