Role Description

If you like being the person who opens the door, this is a good fit. As a Business Development Representative, you'll introduce business owners to a simpler way to take orders and payments, and you'll turn first conversations into new accounts.

You'll be trained before you talk to your first owner, you'll follow a clear step-by-step process, and you'll have a team behind you that answers fast. The product saves owners money every month, so these are conversations people are glad to have. This is a full-time role, and pay is performance based with bonuses for strong months.

Qualifications

• Confident, friendly communicator who enjoys starting conversations
• Self-starter who likes a goal and a clear way to reach it
• Coachable and quick to pick up a proven process
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service helps

Requirements

• Reach out to business owners and start the conversation
• Ask good questions and learn how they handle orders and payments today
• Show them a payment and point-of-sale setup that fits their business
• Walk them through the switch and handle their questions along the way
• Stay close to each new account until it's live and running smoothly
• Track every lead and next step in the CRM
