[Hiring] Business Development Representative @Nozomi Networks

Role Description

We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with Cybersecurity/IT Sales experience to join our global BDR team. In this role, you will spend your day prospecting and researching target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and generating qualified pipeline through a high volume of outbound calls, personalized email, and social outreach. You'll need the energy and organization to manage a steady flow of active MQLs while driving your own proactive, cold outbound prospecting, consistently hitting monthly targets for qualified opportunities.

In this role, you will:

• Prospect into net-new accounts and follow up on MQLs across inbound and outbound channels, using account-based research, cold calling, personalized email, social selling, and coordinated campaigns.
• Generate qualified meetings that convert into pipeline, consistently hitting the activity and opportunity-generation quotas set by BDR leadership.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and BDR leadership to shape territory strategy and sharpen outreach messaging, scripts, and campaigns.
• Clearly articulate Nozomi Networks' OT/ICS cybersecurity value proposition, confidently handling objections to book meetings.
• Support broader sales and marketing initiatives, including in-person and virtual event staffing and campaign execution.
• Bring an entrepreneurial, self-motivated drive to introducing new prospects to the Nozomi Networks platform.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success as a B2B BDR, consistently meeting or exceeding quota, preferably within cybersecurity or IT.
• Experience partnering with sales and marketing to drive department and company-wide revenue and pipeline targets.
• Hands-on experience with the modern BDR tool stack: Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Salesforce, Qualified, Sendoso, and Orum.
• Highly self-motivated and able to demonstrate grit through attention to detail, and a genuine desire to win, able to thrive independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional oral and written communication, active listening, and presentation skills.

• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to improve daily efficiency, quality, and decision-making, including leveraging AI for account research, personalized outreach, and prospecting workflows, while applying sound professional judgment and accountability for the output.
• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.

Requirements

• Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $55,991 - $69,080.
