[Hiring] Business Development Representative @MaxAccelerate

Role Description

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Business Development Representative to support our international sales activity. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who wants to build a serious long-term career in international business expansion, corporate services, Employer of Record solutions, global payroll and consultative B2B sales.

Your primary objective will be to start meaningful conversations with companies that are looking to:

• Expand internationally
• Hire overseas employees
• Improve their global employment structure
• Explore corporate services support

This is not a generic call-centre sales role. It is a career roadmap for someone who wants to develop into a more senior commercial position within the international expansion and corporate services industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development
• Experience in software sales
• Experience in corporate services
• Experience in real estate sales
• Experience in recruitment, especially 360 recruitment
• Experience in telesales or appointment setting
• Experience in B2B client development
• Experience in SDR or BDR roles
• Experience in customer-facing commercial roles

• Confident speaking with people by telephone
• Comfortable approaching senior decision-makers
• Professional, clear and persuasive in communication
• Curious and able to understand a prospect’s business
• Commercially minded and interested in how companies grow internationally
• Motivated by targets, progress and measurable results
• Open to coaching, training and feedback
• Organised and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Detail-oriented when researching companies and recording information
• Fluent in written and spoken English
