[Hiring] Business Development Representative @Virtuagym

Role Description

Join Virtuagym as a Business Development Representative – Spain (Spanish-speaking). In this role, you'll be the first point of contact with our clients, playing a key role in our growth and making a real impact in a fast-paced tech scale-up!

This is a remote and part-time position in Spain for 20 hours a week where you will be working for our global teams.

What the Business Development Representative role looks like:

• Research and identify potential leads in the Spanish market.
• Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social channels.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our Account Executives.
• Build strong relationships by understanding client needs and challenges.
• Drive overall growth in the Spanish market.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in Spanish (native level) and English.
• A passion for sales, with a proactive and resilient attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn — we’ll help you grow fast!
