[Hiring] Business Development Partner @Addendum

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced IT services professional who can bring new business to Addendum and develop long-term client relationships in the US market. This is an entrepreneurial, commercially focused opportunity for someone with a proven track record in selling IT staffing or team augmentation services, an established network, and the ability to turn relationships into revenue.

You will work directly with Addendum's leadership team, combining your client relationships and market knowledge with our technical expertise and delivery capabilities. You will be responsible for generating new business and managing the client accounts you bring to Addendum. This is a B2B, contract-based position, not an equity or ownership opportunity. We offer a partnership-based compensation model designed for someone who prefers greater performance-based earning potential over a high fixed salary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling IT staffing, team augmentation or IT outsourcing services.
• An established network of US-based decision-makers and potential clients.
• Experience in IT services, software development, IT consulting, outsourcing or team augmentation.
• The ability to manage client relationships, understand commercial opportunities and work independently.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to build a business.
• Relationships and experience in financial services, banking, telecommunications, energy, utilities or government-related sectors would be an advantage.

Requirements

• Use your existing network to identify and win new clients for our IT staffing, team augmentation and software development services.
• Manage business opportunities from the initial introduction through negotiations and deal closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with the clients you bring to Addendum, identifying opportunities to expand accounts and generate recurring business.
• Work with Addendum's leadership and delivery teams to develop suitable solutions and ensure successful client collaboration.
• Contribute to the growth of Addendum's US business, with the potential to build and lead a local team as the business expands.
