[Hiring] Business Development Partner @Goldstone Partners

Role Description

As Goldstone Partner's newest Business Development Partner, you’ll own new business — opening doors, building relationships, and closing new search agreements with organizations that can benefit from GSP's right-sized, flexible recruiting model. This is a part-time 1099 opportunity for an experienced business development professional who knows how to turn the right conversation into a signed contract. You'll focus on winning new business; once the search is signed, our recruiting team takes it from there. • Identifying companies actively hiring across all industries
• Reaching out to hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers
• Introducing GSP's recruiting services and right-sized approach
• Scheduling introductory meetings with potential clients
• Building relationships with prospective clients and maintaining ongoing communication
• Closing new client contracts through consistent, relationship-driven outreach
• Collaborating with GSP's team on outreach strategy and client engagement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience
• Demonstrated success generating new opportunities through outbound outreach
• Proven track record of closing new business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
• Comfortable working independently in a self-directed 1099 structure
• An entrepreneurial mindset focused on ownership and revenue generation
