[Hiring] Business Development Manager @AIRS Medical Inc

Role Description

We are looking for a business development manager for Europe to build business partnerships with various sources of cooperation. The expected role includes:

• Formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategy.
• Overseeing a portfolio of assigned territories.
• Actively seeking business partners and developing partnerships with distributors, strategic business partners, and reference sites.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Creating effective marketing strategies and closing deals.
• Analyzing market trends, data, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.
• Planning and executing sales and marketing activities to generate initial sales leads.
• Managing both the development of new partnership opportunities and existing lead/partners pipeline.
• Planning and executing training and onboarding of each assigned partner.
• Helping the sales process of assigned partners by accompanying sales meetings or negotiations.
• Managing partnership discussion processes, including sales pitch content improvement and negotiating pricing and contracts.
• Managing relationships and motivation of our partners, aligning targets with partners.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years of experience in business development, partnership, channel sales management.
• Fluent in English, Italian and/or Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple channel management while maintaining attention to detail.
• Networking skills for building and maintaining relationships.
• Able to analyze problems and develop creative solutions.
• Passion to learn and explore new business areas.
• Adaptability to changes in dynamic business landscapes.

Requirements

• Experience in Radiology Equipment or AI-based software.
• Familiarity with the latest technology and fast-growing businesses.
• Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (Word, Excel, and PPT).
• Familiarity with working in a start-up environment.
• Experience working autonomously from a home office.
