Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to drive Nexii’s growth by developing high‑impact partnerships across the construction and building materials industry. In this role, you will lead the expansion of our customer base and revenue by building and managing relationships with Fortune 500 companies, major commercial developers, and leading construction firms.

• Identify strategic opportunities, negotiate and execute key agreements, and advance Nexii’s presence with marquee brands and industry‑defining partners.
• Act in alignment with the Nexii Constitution while helping to shape the company’s long‑term growth and market leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships within the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials procurement, and sustainable building practices.
• Familiarity with sustainable building technologies and frameworks (e.g., LEED).
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Demonstrated success closing large‑scale deals with Fortune 500 companies and major commercial developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building technologies.
