[Hiring] Business Development Manager @D2B

Role Description

We are seeking a commercially sharp, high-performing Business Development Manager to drive pipeline generation and close deals live on Zoom for our AI subscription platform. This position owns the end-to-end sales lifecycle directly within GoHighLevel (GHL)—covering:

• Prospecting
• Multi-channel outbound outreach
• Inbound lead follow-up
• Demo booking
• Discovery
• Live product demonstrations
• Objection handling
• One-call closes (no formal proposals sent)

You will sell directly to small to medium business (SMB) owners, solopreneurs, coaches, and service-based business leaders. Additionally, you will coordinate seamless post-sale handovers to guarantee rapid onboarding and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of success in B2B or B2C high-ticket sales, consultative sales, or business development.
• Proven ability to independently prospect, run discovery, and close (not just appointment setting).
• Exceptional verbal, Zoom presence, and written English skills; highly comfortable guiding business owners to decisive buying actions.
• Proficiency with sales workflows and CRMs; direct experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is strongly preferred.
• Highly structured with tasks, calendar management, and call notes. Operates with strict ethical standards (zero high-pressure tactics or exaggerated claims).

Requirements

• Build targeted prospect lists aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Execute multi-channel outreach via GHL (email, SMS, calls, social touchpoints).
• Respond to inbound inquiries instantly with rigorous follow-up cadences.
• Qualify leads based on fit, urgency, financial capacity, and decision-maker authority.
• Conduct structured discovery calls to unpack business pain points and desired outcomes.
• Execute high-impact Zoom demos communicating clear ROI, outcomes, and immediate action steps.
• Address objections confidently and close deals live using approved pricing and offer frameworks.
• Maintain flawless GHL records (lead sources, activity logs, deal stages, and task schedules).
• Track daily/weekly operational metrics and deliver reliable pipeline forecasts using GHL analytics.
• Deliver clean, immediate handovers to customer success to accelerate onboarding.
• Identify strategic add-on, upsell, and referral opportunities during the transition.
• Refine scripts, messaging sequences, and audience targeting based on live call data.
• Share win/loss feedback to help optimize product positioning and onboarding workflows.
