[Hiring] Business Development Manager @Veracity

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Bench Sales, Vendor Management, Client Relationship Management, and US IT Staffing processes. The candidate will be responsible for:

• Marketing bench consultants to prime vendors and direct clients
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners
• Generating new business opportunities and maintaining a strong vendor network
• Working with H1B, OPT, GC, USC, and TN consultants
• Coordinating with recruiters and account managers for submissions and closures
• Negotiating rates and closing requirements efficiently
• Maintaining daily tracking of submissions, interviews, and placements
• Utilizing portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job boards effectively
• Ensuring regular follow-up with vendors and consultants
• Identifying new client opportunities and expanding business partnerships
• Maintaining excellent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Bench Sales / BDM / US IT Staffing
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of US Staffing processes and tax terms
• Strong vendor and client network preferred
• Hands-on experience with portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent relationship management abilities

• Prior experience working with direct clients and implementation partners
• Proven track record of successful closures and placements
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
