[Hiring] Business Development Lead @Dexcom

Role Description

As the Business Development Lead – India, you will play a pivotal role in driving market awareness, customer adoption, and business growth for Dexcom's CGM solutions across primary care, diabetes specialists, healthcare institutions, and allied healthcare professionals.

• Develop and execute market development strategies that expand Dexcom's presence and accelerate CGM adoption across the Indian healthcare landscape.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, healthcare organizations, channel partners, and other stakeholders to increase patient access to Dexcom technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in science / engineering / pharmacy / biomedical engineering.
• Relevant experience of 10-15 years.
• Hands-on experience in relevant cardio-metabolic / diabetology market in India.
• Experience in CGM business and Medtech space is a plus.

Requirements

• Excel in business development, customer relationship management, market expansion, channel partner engagement, and operational excellence.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor across different geographies with necessary traveling within a month.
