Role Description

About the Opportunity:

• This role's job is to make Salsify the natural center of the B2B Manufacturing and Distribution ecosystem.
• Builds, manages, and nurtures relationships and market presence that turn ecosystem reach into sourced and co-sell ARR.
• Works with the wider go-to-market team to drive resolution on various strategic questions.

What Success Looks Like

• Judged on the strength and reach of relationships with SI and ISV leaders, industry associations, and buying groups.
• Partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline conversion.
• Speed of partner deals relative to non-partner deals.
• Repeat co-sell motions from partners.
• Market and category credibility.

What You'll Own

• Build and hold senior relationships with strategic SI, ISV, and technology partners.
• Identify and recruit new partners, making a compelling case for partnership.
• Own the partner's experience of Salsify end to end.
• Represent Salsify at industry events and in key conversations.
• Help set the point of view on target partners and strategy.
• Build the partner classification framework.
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance partnerships.

Qualifications

• A network you're bringing with you, not building from scratch.
• 5+ years in partner programs, alliance management, channel, or business development.
• Genuine comfort in front of an audience and willingness to travel.
• Some sales background or sales instinct.
• A track record of setting or shaping go-to-market strategy.
• Strong program and stakeholder management across regions and functions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and test-and-learn.
• Working fluency with Salesforce, marketing automation, and reporting tools.
