[Hiring] Affiliate Manager @Kudo

Role Description

Kudo is seeking motivated individuals to identify, establish, and grow relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, influencers, and other strategic partners. You’ll play a key role in expanding Kudo’s global partner network, identifying new business opportunities, and helping partners maximize their potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners globally.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to drive sustainable business growth.
• Proactively identify new partnership opportunities through networking, outreach, and industry connections.
• Negotiate competitive partnership agreements and commission structures.
• Support partners with onboarding, promotional activities, and ongoing account management.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure an excellent partner experience.
• Monitor partnership performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize results.
• Represent Kudo professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in business development, partnerships, affiliate management, or a related commercial role.
• Experience within the forex, CFD brokerage, fintech, or financial services industries is highly desirable.
• An existing network of Introducing Brokers, affiliates, or trading industry contacts is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to develop relationships, negotiate agreements, and generate new business.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote, international team.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional partner experience.
