[Hiring] Affiliate Manager @Twentoo

Role Description

For one of our clients, a Cyprus-based digital services company, we are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to support a growing international iGaming project focused on Latin American markets.

You will work with affiliates, publishers, and local traffic partners who drive player acquisition through their own channels. The ideal candidate already has an active network in LATAM and understands how to grow revenue through long-term RevShare-driven partnerships.

• Support the onboarding and ongoing management of affiliate partnerships across Argentina market
• Maintain relationships with affiliates, publishers, and traffic partners, coordinating with the operating entity where required
• Coordinate with the operating entity regarding commercial terms, including RevShare, CPA, and Hybrid agreements
• Monitor and analyze partner performance data, including FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality metrics
• Assist with the preparation of performance reports, forecasts, and management updates
• Provide performance insights and approved marketing materials
• Collaborate with internal marketing and analytics teams and coordinate with the operating entity’s Payments, Risk, CRM, and Compliance teams where required
• Help ensure partners adhere to brand guidelines and compliance requirements communicated by the operating entity
• Prepare performance reports and forecasts for coordination

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Affiliate/Partnership Management, Business development with a strong preference for Argentina
• Proven experience working with Argentina market
• Existing portfolio of active affiliates, publishers, or local traffic partners
• Clear understanding of affiliate models (RevShare, CPA, Hybrid) and key performance metrics
• Experience working with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Established relationships with key regional affiliates and media networks is a big plus

Requirements

• This role is focused on building and managing partnerships with external affiliates and local traffic providers.
• It does not involve direct media buying or managing paid advertising campaigns.
