Role Description

The Senior Director, Technology and Innovation is responsible for leading the exploration, adoption, and integration of advanced technologies shaping the future of our digital infrastructure. Reporting to the VP, Capacity Strategy and Innovation, this role leads the identification, evaluation, and execution of innovation initiatives, including:

• AI/ML
• Automation
• Emerging infrastructure technologies that deliver measurable business value

This role acts as both a strategic visionary and execution leader, responsible for developing technology roadmaps, incubating next-generation solutions, and promoting a company-wide culture of innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) preferred but not required

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in technology innovation, strategy, AI/ML, or emerging technologies within infrastructure, cloud, or digital environments
• Proven track record delivering innovation initiatives from concept to scaled implementation
• Experience building business cases, financial models, and investment recommendations

Benefits

• Base salary for this position is: $197,100.00 - $292,100.00
