Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Administrator with a strong background in both ERP and Financial modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday functionality, including configuration, security, business processes, and reporting.

Leverage expertise in Workday Financials to optimize system usage with strong understanding of Workday configuration, security, business processes, and reporting.
Configure and maintain Workday Financial modules, ensuring seamless processes and functionality.
Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards using Workday reporting and analytics tools.
Utilize Workday integration tools and technologies to ensure smooth data flow between systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues with a strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to understand and address their needs effectively.
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing business priorities.

Qualifications

Familiarity with Accounting and Financial processes, policies, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders and all levels of management.
Workday certification(s) in relevant modules preferred.
Experience with Workday configuration and administration in a global or multi-entity organization preferred.
Knowledge of finance-related compliance requirements and regulations preferred.
Experience with other ERP systems and their integration with Workday preferred.
Master’s degree in a technology-specific field or equivalent job-related experience preferred.
