Role Description
Therapy Brands is seeking an Associate Market Insights Manager to lead the research efforts for our portfolio of practice management, data collection, and financial management tools for therapy organizations. Our solutions make it much easier to run and grow a therapy practice. In this role, you will be the company’s market insights leader.
- Develop key insights and reports from primary research
- Conduct competitive insights, customer stories, and market trends
- Report to the Vice President of Product Marketing
- Work closely with demand generation, corporate marketing, sales, and product management teams
- Create research designs and oversee research execution
- Develop publishable reports and gather data on competitive solutions
- Brief internal stakeholders on findings, especially Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Product
- Collaborate closely with customers to develop case studies and other forms of customer stories
- Build buyer and user personas and market requirements documents in core therapy segments
- Conduct primary research, competitive assessments, and desk research
- Work with partners to develop comprehensive and actionable market knowledge
- Create reports on key topics to share with customers and prospects
- Own technology stack associated with collecting and sharing market intelligence
- Collaborate directly with customers to tell their success stories
- Brief internal stakeholders on market intelligence findings
Qualifications
- 2+ years of healthcare marketing experience
- Experience conducting primary research, analyzing competitive insights, and authoring reports
- Strong written and oral communicator, attentive listener, and compelling explainer
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and drive them through execution
