  • Maintains assigned tools, equipment, supplies, and replacement inventory in accordance with established procedures.
  • Provides training to property staff and Corporate Maintenance team members, including Regional Maintenance Managers and Regional Maintenance Specialists, regarding Dominium’s water systems, established maintenance procedures, leak-identification and response expectations, and appropriate system troubleshooting.
  • Escalates complex, recurring, or unresolved technical issues to the Lead Water Systems Specialist and/or Water Systems Coordinator.
  • Travels to assigned properties to complete preventive maintenance, priority system repairs, leak-response work, equipment replacements, and other assigned water-system activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
