Role Description

At Aroya Cruises, the VR & Arcade Staff is an integral part of the Cruise Department, focused on delivering a vibrant and "Remarkably Arabian" experience. This role involves supporting the Entertainment Technical Manager and Cruise Director in the delivery of the Entertainment product to our Guests inside the ship by hosting and assisting on the VR and arcade equipment.

The VR & Arcade Staff must be knowledgeable in operating the entire VR/ Arcade machines and equipment. They must excel in troubleshooting and guest service while maintaining a collaborative and positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong command of both verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Arabic is desired.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Outgoing, proactive, and a team player.
• Able to communicate and socialize well with peers and guests.
• Must have a positive and pleasant work attitude.
