[Hiring] Virtual Property Manager @Hire Overseas

Role Description

We're looking for a Virtual Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across a growing residential real estate portfolio. You will be the operational point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors, managing:

• Maintenance coordination
• Rent collection follow-ups
• Leasing support
• Move-ins and move-outs
• All documentation and communication to keep a multi-property portfolio running cleanly

This role has a hard language requirement. You must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken. A significant portion of tenant and vendor communication happens in Spanish and there is no workaround for this. If you are highly organized, genuinely bilingual, comfortable handling difficult conversations professionally, and take pride in keeping operations tight across multiple moving parts, this role is a strong fit.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken
• Prior experience in property management, real estate operations, or a closely related role
• Fundamental understanding of multi-entity accounting and tracking financial activity across multiple properties or business entities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and follow-through across various platforms
• Experience coordinating maintenance vendors and contractors
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
• Available to work during US Pacific Time business hours

Nice to Have

• Experience with DoorLoop, Buildium, or similar property management software
• Experience working with Section 8 or affordable housing programs
• Experience managing remote vendors or contractors across multiple properties
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable, or ClickUp
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve workflows and reporting
