Role Description

The Vice President (VP), Measurement holds strategic and operational responsibility for vision, strategic direction, and organizational mission for the measurement of Active Minds’ programs and impact. The position reports to the Chief Program Officer and is part of Active Minds’ Leadership Team that drives overall strategy for the organization.

  • Accountable and responsible for conceiving of and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Advise in strategic framing of the organization.
  • Represent the organization externally.
  • Assume budgetary responsibility.
  • Lead priorities to reach organizational goals.
  • Direct supervisory responsibilities and manage the Measurement Team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in measurement and evaluation within nonprofit organizations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience in budget management and fundraising.
  • Commitment to equity and inclusion in measurement practices.
