  • Microsoft Copilot
  • Enterprise search
  • Training programs
  • Support channels

Primary focus will start supporting the implementation of SAP S/4 Cloud and SAP Business Suite tools. Experience in manufacturing or process industry environments, where adoption impacts standard business process cycles, shop floor workspace, supply chain collaboration, and compliance workflows is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • User Adoption Strategy

    • Identify user personas and tailor onboarding experiences accordingly.
    • Establish and manage champion and super-user networks across functions and locations.
    • Develop, measure, and monitor adoption metrics and continuously optimize strategies to drive engagement.
  • User Experience Design
    • Map user journeys and identify friction points.
    • Design intuitive and contextual user support experiences leveraging a combination of SAP Joule, WalkMe, Microsoft Copilot, knowledge articles, training resources, support channels, and digital adoption tools.
    • Gather user feedback and iterate on experience improvements.
  • Knowledge Management & AI Enablement
    • Design and maintain information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, and business process topology supporting SAP Joule grounding, Microsoft Copilot, enterprise search, and future AI-enabled capabilities.
    • Ensure business process documentation, work instructions, training materials, testing materials, FAQs, and support procedures are maintained in approved SharePoint repositories.
    • Ensure enterprise content is current, governed, and optimized for AI grounding and self-service support experiences.
  • Training & Learning Enablement
    • Develop and execute a training and learning strategy supporting users before, during, and after deployment.
    • Partner with business functions, champions, and super-users to reinforce learning and adoption.
    • Ensure training approaches effectively support all functions including but not limited to manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, and back office users.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive user enablement strategy leveraging instructor-led training, virtual training, self-paced learning, WalkMe guidance, SAP Joule assistance, practice environments, testing participation, Microsoft Teams sessions, and refresher training.
    • Coordinate hands-on practice sessions, business simulations, and user testing activities to build confidence and proficiency before deployment.
    • Develop KPIs and measure training effectiveness, user proficiency, and knowledge retention.
  • User Support Experience
    • Partner with deployment, business, and vendor teams to align training, communications, user support, and adoption activities with deployment milestones.
    • Define and coordinate the end-user support experience across all phases of the SAP Activate Methodology including time to practice.
    • Establish user support channels including SAP Joule, WalkMe, Microsoft Teams support rooms, champion networks, office hours, FAQs, knowledge articles, and IT Help Desk resources.
    • Ensure users know where and how to obtain assistance before, during, and after deployment.
    • Partner with Application Support, Hypercare, and IT Help Desk teams, so they are prepared to ensure users receive timely and effective support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human-Centered Design, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in software implementation, user adoption, and/or user training.
  • Proven success in driving adoption of off-the-shelf software solutions.
