Role Description

We are seeking motivated, self-driven Truck Driver Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team as 1099 Independent Contractors. In this role, you will connect commercial truck drivers (CDL Class A) with high-paying driving opportunities across the nation. You will manage your own schedule, build your pipeline, and earn uncapped commissions for every successful driver placement. No prior recruiting experience is required—we provide access to our recruiting playbooks, tools, and orientation to get you up and running quickly.

• Source, contact, and screen prospective commercial truck drivers for open carrier positions.
• Guide driver candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads using phone, email, text, and social media.
• Communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications clearly to candidates.

Qualifications

• No prior recruiting experience required—entry-level candidates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Prior experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or the commercial trucking/transportation industry (CDL driving, dispatching, or freight management) is a major plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive personality.
• Comfortable using basic recruiting software (ATS), social media platforms, and phone systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage a remote work structure independently.

Benefits

• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor. You control your own hours and business operations, but we recommend being consistent for best income potential.
