Role Description

This role involves sourcing and onboarding new translators, managing projects, and ensuring quality standards are met in Hebrew and Baltic languages.

Responsible for sourcing and onboarding new translators including testing, review, and feedback in target language (Hebrew, Baltic languages)
Assignment of projects to freelancers or vendors after budget and schedule confirmed
Train translators on software and portal
Assist with sourcing translators and proofreaders for Hebrew and Baltic languages
Schedule all projects to dubbing studios, translators, and proofreaders
Oversee day-to-day operations in Hebrew and Baltic languages to ensure delivery dates are met as well as quality standards
Assist with Hebrew and Baltic languages dubbing projects, attend dubbing meetings, test software, define workflows and processes

Please note this is an independent contractor position.

Qualifications

Hebrew/English bilingual
Experience in localization, media industry, and post-production workflows
Passionate about customer experience and customer service excellence
Strong technical skills and knowledge of tools and devices in digital media
Deep sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Problem solver with a creative and innovative approach with ability to think out of the box
Outstanding attention to detail and ability to plan complex projects with urgency
A positive attitude when experiencing obstacles and enthusiastic to get things done
