[Hiring] Telecommunication / Senior Penetration Engineer @DevKit

Role Description

We are looking for a Security Penetration Engineer / White Hat Hacker to support the development and training of AI-powered cybersecurity models. The main focus of the role is collecting, analyzing, structuring, and validating high-quality datasets for LLM training and fine-tuning. The ideal candidate combines hands-on penetration testing and vulnerability research experience with strong analytical and data-processing skills.

What you will do:

• LLM Training Data
  • Collect and curate cybersecurity datasets for LLM training and fine-tuning.
  • Gather vulnerability examples, penetration testing reports, exploit scenarios, and secure code samples.
  • Analyze and transform security findings into structured training data.
  • Create and label examples covering vulnerabilities, attack scenarios, root causes, and remediation.
  • Clean, filter, deduplicate, and validate datasets.
  • Identify data gaps and improve dataset coverage.
• Penetration Testing & Security Research
  • Perform penetration testing and security analysis of applications, APIs, and software where required.
  • Identify, reproduce, and analyze vulnerabilities and their root causes.
  • Create proof-of-concept scenarios in authorized environments.
  • Analyze source code and security weaknesses.
  • Work with OWASP Top 10, CVE, CWE, and common vulnerability classifications.
  • Translate practical security expertise into realistic LLM training examples.
• Data Quality & Automation
  • Validate the technical accuracy and quality of training data.
  • Support evaluation datasets and benchmarks for cybersecurity LLMs.
  • Use Python and scripting to automate data collection and preprocessing.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and security researchers.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in penetration testing, ethical hacking, vulnerability research, or application security.
• Good understanding of common vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and remediation.
• Experience with source-code security analysis.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, CVE, and CWE.
• Python or other scripting experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Linux and security tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, or similar.
• Ability to structure and document technical security information.

Requirements

• Experience preparing datasets for AI/ML or LLM training.
• Understanding of LLM fine-tuning, SFT, instruction tuning, or evaluation.
• Experience with security datasets, SAST/DAST, Semgrep, CodeQL, or similar tools.
• Security research, bug bounty, or vulnerability disclosure experience.
