Role Description

The US Payroll Team Leader oversees a small team of support staff within an organization known for its repetitive and transactional processes. They play a pivotal role in driving process improvement initiatives, contributing their expertise to refine existing procedures.

Guide team members and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Maintain a thorough understanding of the functional area they supervise
Help ensure the smooth and accurate operation of payroll processes within the organization

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
Highly proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
At least 3 years of experience in US payroll processing
At least 2 years experience as a Team Lead in the BPO industry is preferred
