[Hiring] System Manager Governmental Payor Enrollments @CommonSpirit Health

Role Description

This system-level role is responsible for the management and oversight of facility payor enrollments, including governmental (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid) health plans. Responsibilities include:

• Review, analysis, coordination, and submission of enrollment data required for all CommonSpirit Health providers and facilities.
• Ensuring standardized, accurate, and timely enrollment processes across government entities.
• Focusing primarily on facility-level enrollments; may support individual provider enrollments when necessary to ensure operational continuity and revenue integrity.
• Providing oversight and execution of facility payor enrollments across governmental payors, including Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care/health plans.
• Coordinating and completing end-to-end enrollment processes, including data collection, application completion, submission (manual and electronic), and follow-up for both government payors.
• Partnering with facility leadership, operational teams, third-party vendors, and payor representatives to collect, validate, and confirm accuracy of enrollment information to meet submission timelines and requirements.
• Submitting completed applications to designated Authorized/Delegated Officials for review and approval in accordance with internal governance and payor requirements.
• Collaborating with governmental contractors to resolve enrollment requirements, deficiencies, and requests for additional information.
• Gaining and maintaining proficiency in government enrollment systems (e.g., PECOS, PAVE) and credentialing platforms to manage enrollment workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Finance concentration preferred but not required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of current progressive experience in a healthcare environment, with government enrollments background.
