Role Description

Our client is a newly launched venture that helps established U.S. middle-market companies access sophisticated automation expertise. Many of these companies have real opportunities to improve margins, capacity, and scalability, but conventional implementation costs make a serious automation program hard to pursue.

The model is outcome-driven: identify an operating constraint that is holding back enterprise value, assemble the right technical specialists to address it, and measure the results. This is a value-creation role, not a campaign to sell standalone AI tools or automation projects.

The firm pairs U.S. commercial leadership with an international team of specialists across automation, AI, software, systems integration, data, and cybersecurity, and remains accountable to the client for the relationship, project governance, and results.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship with a sponsor, lender, family office, or advisory firm.
• Networks in any of the following areas:
  • Private equity firms and sponsor groups
  • Family offices
  • Private credit firms
  • Fractional CFO firms

Requirements

• Build relationships with senior decision-makers in your channel.
• Identify businesses whose operating constraints could be addressed through automation to increase enterprise value.
• Make introductions and help set the strategic and commercial context for discussions.
• Work with the firm to qualify opportunities and grow ongoing channel relationships.
• Keep accurate records of introductions, opportunities, and follow-up.
