✨The core mission of the Solutions Engineer:

• Revolutionize Hack The Box’s presence in the cybersecurity landscape.
• Provide technical, story-based consultations and deliverables.
• Become a subject matter expert (SME) on all things Hack The Box.
• Master our products and services within 4 months.
• Deliver top-notch demos and support enterprise clients in their cybersecurity journey.
• Expand role to include professional trainings and workshops within the next year.

🏢 Location & Work Mode:

• Full-time employment.
• 3 options (order of preference):
• UK preferred (fully remote)
• Athens, Greece (hybrid)
• Anywhere in Europe - through an EoR employment

✈️ Relocation:

• 10% relocation bonus on the annual salary to support relocation to Athens, Greece.
• 50% tax reduction on income as part of the relocation.
• Support with accommodation during the first few weeks.

🍺 The fellowship you’ll be joining:

• Join a band of talented SE’s with diverse expertise in consulting, penetration testing, incident response, and security operation centers.
• Report to the Senior Director, Global Solutions Engineering.
• Collaborate extensively with various departments including Content Development, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Infrastructure, and Analytics.
• Bridge technical knowledge and practical application to help clients realize exceptional results and value from offerings.

🚀 The adventures that await you after becoming a Solutions Engineer at Hack The Box:

• Plan and deliver tailored and impactful product demos to new prospects and existing clients.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on deal strategy and paths to a “technical win”.
• Plan and guide customers through value-led trials and evaluations of Hack The Box’s offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer technical stakeholders.
• Conduct Hack The Box workshops and professional trainings.
• Dive deep into our HTB content to become a strong SME.
• Provide technical story-based consultations and deliverables to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar in the Cybersecurity space.
• Strong understanding of SaaS models and cybersecurity concepts.
• Relentless curiosity and hunger for learning.
• Natural ability to converse and build rapport with everyone from practitioners to executives.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Past experience working with Channel Partners in the EMEA region.
• Past work experience in Technical Consulting, Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, DFIR, or a combination of these fields is a strong asset.
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CJCA, CDSA, CPTS, CEH, OSCP, CISSP).
• Prior experience with the Hack The Box platform.
