Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, focusing on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are looking for a Sleep Test Specialist to help patients complete their sleep tests as quickly and easily as possible after receiving their testing kits. This role combines patient communication, administrative support, follow-up, and performance tracking.

Scope of Services

• Patient Communication and Engagement:
  • Communicate directly with patients through phone calls, emails, and SMS.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to help patients complete their sleep tests.
  • Answer patient questions and address concerns or obstacles that may prevent test completion.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach in all interactions.
• Patient Follow-Up and Test Completion:
  • Proactively follow up with patients who have received their sleep testing kits but have not yet completed their tests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to encourage patients to complete their tests as soon as possible.
  • Identify reasons for delays or incomplete tests and take appropriate steps to address them.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to improve patient engagement and completion rates.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor patient progress and track sleep test completion metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, follow-ups, and test statuses.
  • Identify trends and potential bottlenecks affecting patient conversion and completion rates.
  • Use performance data to refine engagement and follow-up strategies.
• Administrative Support:
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and other administrative tasks.
  • Document patient interactions, concerns, and follow-up activities.
  • Ensure patient information and records are properly updated in the appropriate systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with internal support, clinical, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure consistent communication and messaging throughout the patient journey.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve patient engagement and operational processes.
• Process Improvement:
  • Gather and communicate patient feedback regarding the sleep testing experience.
  • Identify recurring patient concerns and challenges.
  • Recommend practical improvements to make the sleep testing process easier and more convenient.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to improve overall test completion rates.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, patient engagement, or a similar role.
• Previous healthcare or direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals in a metric-driven environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and persuasively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and consistent follow-ups.
• Proactive problem-solver who can identify obstacles and take initiative to find solutions.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, patient management platforms, and basic reporting tools.
• Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Requirements

• Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday–Friday (Anticipated; subject to Confirmation)
