Role Description
This role involves working with clients to execute Track Platform implementation project plans, ensuring that implementations follow MCi’s standards and are delivered consistently.
- Facilitates the completion of standardization elements, integration and user acceptance testing, and other project deliverables in adherence to the project schedule
- Helps clients with the identification and organization of Master Data as required
- Collaborates with clients to expand their current contractor management strategy and business processes across their major divisions based on industry best practices
- Works collaboratively with the MCi team, as well as with client business stakeholders, to optimize contractor work processes and the use of Track
- Provides instructor-led training in group and one-on-one settings, and provides end-user support during and after the implementation process
- Becomes a Track subject matter expert and champion by driving understanding and knowledge of systems and processes both internally and externally
Operations responsibilities include:
- Facilitating and ensuring compliance of the Track daily settlement process via computer-based software
- Utilizing Track reporting and data insights to audit user role compliance for process timeliness, due date compliance, and error corrections
- Assigning schedules and pay formulas within Track for proper calculations of net billable hours
- Managing the daily business process within Track to confirm settlement of charges within client’s ERP
- Providing training to Supervisors and Vendors during onboarding and general maintenance
- Managing user accounts/profiles and report filters, and other ad hoc administrative requests
- Managing labor, equipment, and material rates to guarantee most up to date contractual compliance
- Providing support for all Track Platform issues that hinder operation of daily settlement process
Qualifications
- Degree level qualification (business or technical preferred) or equivalent is preferred, but not required
- Experience in finance, procurement, contractor management, IT or heavy industry
- Able to travel up to 50% and occasionally for extended periods of time
Requirements
- Experience as a user of Track Software is preferred, but not required
- Three or more years of software consulting or experience supporting business applications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, procurement, or contractor management
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)
Soft Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate through various forums (written, verbal, remote, etc.)
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to provide standard training in one-on-one or group setting
- Ability to work in a team environment
