Role Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Designer to join our team and support strategic initiatives for NextEra. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and enterprise-scale implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing scalable and innovative ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
• Ensuring that platform capabilities align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in IT and enterprise solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform.
• Proven experience designing and architecting enterprise-level solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems, applications, and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of platform governance, scalability, architecture principles, and ServiceNow best practices.
• Experience providing technical leadership and guidance to development and implementation teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency for meetings, workshops, and collaboration with global teams.

Requirements

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and operational requirements.
• Define platform architectures, integration strategies, technical standards, and design patterns.
• Support technical teams throughout implementation, deployment, and enhancement phases.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvements using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Ensure solution quality, performance, scalability, security, and adherence to platform best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution design artifacts.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Provide technical recommendations and strategic guidance on ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Promote innovation through the adoption of new ServiceNow features, modules, and functionalities.
• Support governance processes and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Participate in solution reviews, design workshops, and strategic planning initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, CSM, or related ServiceNow modules.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience working in Agile and large-scale enterprise environments.
• Expertise in digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
