Role Description

Join Computacenter’s ServiceNow Centre of Excellence as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant, where you’ll help customers shape their ServiceNow strategy and unlock the full value of the Now Platform. In this customer-facing role, you’ll work across both Managed Services and Professional Services opportunities, translating customer needs into compelling, business-focused solutions.

• Bring ServiceNow capabilities to life through discovery, demonstrations, and solution storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, bid teams, and delivery specialists.
• Support opportunities from early engagement through to project initiation.

What you’ll do

• Support sales and bid teams in qualifying customer ServiceNow needs.
• Contribute to Requests for Information and Proposals.
• Engage global customers to identify opportunities for innovation and improved customer experience.
• Deliver standard and tailored ServiceNow demonstrations for prospects and existing customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ServiceNow Centre of Excellence consultants.
• Understand business and technical challenges addressed by ServiceNow solutions.
• Share Computacenter’s practical experiences in delivering ServiceNow.
• Work with ServiceNow partner pre-sales teams to maintain consistency of solution consulting approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience working with ServiceNow in a pre-sales or solution consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and wider ServiceNow capabilities.
• Ability to bring ServiceNow solutions to life through customer conversations and demonstrations.
• Excellent team-working skills and ability to collaborate across virtual teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability.
• High degree of technical expertise and practical understanding of ServiceNow-based solutions.
• Confident, engaging, and credible in customer-facing situations.
• Able to manage your own workload and comfortable working independently or as part of a wider team.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas.

Requirements

• Experience in problem diagnosis, solution development, client communication, and stakeholder management.
• Able to demonstrate Computacenter’s ‘Winning Together’ Values.
• Capable of managing customer and stakeholder expectations in complex pre-sales environments.

It would also be advantageous if you have

• Experience delivering ServiceNow pre-sales activity as part of broader customer solutions.
• ITIL Foundation, Intermediate or Expert Certifications.
• Pre-sales experience beyond ITSM, including ITAM, ITOM, IRM, and HRSD.
• Experience with ServiceNow Customer Workflows and Employee Workflows.
• Experience of delivering ServiceNow pre-sales solutions alongside complementary technology.
• Enterprise Architecture applied in a pre-sales environment.
• Experience of other IT Service Management toolsets and complementary technologies.
• The ability to converse in additional languages such as German and French.
