[Hiring] ServiceNow HAM Pro Consultant/Lead @Diverse Lynx LLC

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HAM Pro Senior Consultant / Technical Lead to lead the design, implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of enterprise Hardware Asset Management capabilities. This role combines strong ServiceNow HAM Pro and IT Asset Management (ITAM) expertise with platform leadership, stakeholder management, solution design, and delivery accountability. The successful candidate will partner with IT Asset Management, CMDB, IT Operations, Procurement, Finance, Security, HR, and business teams to establish scalable, governed, automated, and audit-ready hardware asset lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow HAM Pro initiatives, including discovery, requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Define and optimize hardware asset lifecycle processes covering request, procurement, receiving, inventory, deployment, assignment, transfer, refresh, retirement, and disposal.
• Establish HAM governance, ownership models, controls, data standards, audit readiness, and asset performance measures.
• Design and support integrations between HAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery, procurement, ERP, HR, endpoint management, warehouse, and vendor systems.
• Improve asset and configuration item data quality through normalization, reconciliation, duplicate remediation, lifecycle compliance, and data governance.
• Lead or support data migration, validation, reporting, dashboards, documentation, testing, and production readiness activities.
• Facilitate customer and stakeholder workshops and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Present solution recommendations, manage delivery risks and milestones, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide technical oversight and review solution designs, configurations, integrations, and implementation approaches.
• Promote out-of-the-box-first ServiceNow practices and identify appropriate opportunities for configuration, customization, and automation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to delivery team members.
• Support continuous improvement of HAM processes, platform capabilities, automation, reporting, and governance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow HAM Pro and IT Asset Management processes.
• Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, CSDM, ITSM, asset-to-CI relationships, stockrooms, model management, reconciliation, and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration and development, including Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, Glide APIs, ACLs, and Business Rules.
• Experience designing or supporting integrations with endpoint and enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM, Entra ID, ERP, procurement, and HR/HRSD systems.
• Experience with ITAM data migration, reconciliation, normalization, validation, reporting, and data quality initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow HAM Pro solutions.
• Strong consulting, leadership, communication, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior client representatives.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies in a complex enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise ServiceNow HAM Pro implementations or transformation initiatives.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITAM and broader asset lifecycle management programs.
• Experience with enterprise CMDB and CSDM initiatives.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and endpoint management integrations.
• Experience with ITIL-based service management processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant education and experience.

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
