[Hiring] Senior Transaction Coordinator @Level - Virtual Staffing

Role Description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Transaction Coordinator to manage the full transaction coordination process for a busy real estate operation handling 30-40 closing transactions per month. You’ll oversee transactions from processing through closing, managing deadlines, deliverables, disclosures, follow-ups, and coordination with all parties to keep every transaction moving smoothly. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple transactions while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.

• Manage real estate transactions from processing through closing, keeping deadlines, contingencies, deliverables, disclosures, and required documents on track.
• Coordinate with key parties, including title companies, lenders, agents, and other transaction partners, and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Maintain accurate and complete brokerage files while monitoring overall transaction progress and identifying items that need attention.
• Prioritize and manage a high volume of transactions, adjusting quickly to new contracts, urgent requests, changing deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Support the team through cross-training and coverage, while initially learning and following the processes before taking on greater independent ownership.

Qualifications

• Prior real estate transaction coordination/management experience, with the ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced transactions.
• Highly detail-oriented, strong at prioritizing deadlines, and able to keep multiple transactions moving without constant oversight.
• Comfortable with changing priorities and unpredictable workloads, while staying calm and communicating capacity concerns proactively.
• Low ego, collaborative, and willing to learn and follow established processes before suggesting changes.
• Colorado experience is a plus, but not required.
