Our client is the owner of a growing boutique real estate transaction coordination business that supports a team of active real estate agents. They are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage transaction coordination, administrative tasks, and compliance while ensuring files stay organized and deadlines are met. The ideal candidate is coachable, communicates well, enjoys improving processes, and can work independently as the business continues to grow.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the inbox during business hours, prioritizing urgent items.
• Set up new transaction files and maintain accurate records in NEKST.
• Handle compliance submissions and ensure files are completed on time.
• Follow up on missing signatures, documents, and outstanding transaction requirements.
• Provide backend transaction coordination support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Prepare and send client and agent communications and updates.
• Keep transactions organized, proactive, and moving ahead of deadlines.
• Assist with administrative projects and process improvements as business needs evolve.
• Learn additional responsibilities over time with the opportunity to grow into a larger operations role.

Rate:

$6/hour
