[Hiring] Senior Supplier Enablement Specialist @Akraya

Role Description

We are seeking a hands-on Supplier Enablement Contractor to support a global procurement transformation. This role will automate supplier communications, onboard suppliers to the global portal, and implement catalogs and cXML processes. The contractor will also serve as a go-to process expert for the enablement team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and run supplier communication workflows using Power Automate, including campaign emails, mailbox monitoring, bounceback tracking, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and manage supplier surveys and cXML questionnaires, following up with suppliers to drive participation.
• Build and migrate hosted and PunchOut catalogs, configure cXML connections, and coordinate testing with suppliers.
• Support supplier onboarding, master-data changes, cutover activities, and readiness reporting.
• Troubleshoot catalog files, cXML connections, and supplier portal issues; provide first-level guidance to enablement contractors.
• Create SOPs and training materials, lead knowledge-transfer sessions, and manage supplier status dashboards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, category managers, and IT teams on setup, testing, and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and configuring Power Automate flows.
• Practical experience with cXML, PunchOut, hosted catalogs, and EDI, including EDI-to-cXML conversion.
• Experience working with a supplier portal; Coupa Supplier Portal experience is preferred.
• Strong supplier communication and stakeholder-management skills, including explaining technical processes to non-technical audiences.
• Self-directed working style, with the ability to manage work independently.
• Fluent written and spoken English; typically 3–5 years of procurement or supplier-enablement experience.

Requirements

• Industry experience in procurement, supplier onboarding, and supplier enablement, ideally within a digital transformation or system migration program.
• Coupa catalog/cXML delivery and SAP experience are desirable.
